Michael Resech supplies vast building science expertise to the HouseRater team, while simultaneously leading existing Residential Science Resources utility programs. He contributes to new HouseRater feature design and planning, and offers customer support and training.

Resech brings more than fifteen years of experience in commercial and residential envelope design ­– experience he applies to develop and implement program improvements and strategies within Minnesota and for new and emerging markets. Resech is well-versed on the changing energy and building code requirements and applies that knowledge to utility program changes and software updates to assure a streamlined process.

Resech received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
